Lauren has outdone herself with Kettlebell Body. This is GREAT for people who want to go really heavy with their kettlebell workouts! Instructional is good. Very nice Warmup/Cooldown segment. The three workouts are A+++! You'll get a great workout even if you do just one of the 20-25 minute workouts. Do all three for a top notch, kick butt workout! Good form, good exercises, love the ascending/descending rep count. Probably my favorite Lauren Kbell workout and I have most of hers. If you like Kettlebells and you like Lauren Brooks, try this one!

This has three wonderful workouts, IF you have a variety of heavy bells. If I were trying to do these workouts with lighter bells, it would have been a dud. I had to buy several heavier bells to get the most out of this dvd, but I feel it was worth it. It was probably my best purchase of 2013.

I am a fan of Lauren Brooks and have used her dvds many times over the years. This one however, is just ok to me! I felt kind of bored like the workout didn't flow for some reason. Very low rep, heavy weight kettlebell workouts. This one is missing the fun factor that I usually got from her more cardio focused and conditioning dvds. Need very heavy kettlebells to make the most of this dvd.

I am always skeptical when a fitness talent claims their DVD can be used by beginner, intermediate and advanced level folk but Lauren has truly accomplished that here.  Using ascending or descending reps at a steady pace, you can go very light, medium or all out (the gals here sometimes use the big competitive kettlebells; I believe the yellow ones are 35lbs and the purple ones 44lb).  I stick with 20, 25 and 30 pounders.   Fresh new warmup / cooldown choreography and an excellent tutorial are included.  Love it!
