Another great workout from Lauren Brooks.  This is a set of 2 dvd. Each workout is about 15 minutes or less.  She uses kettlebells for the most part but also a band and some bodyweight work.  She does about 3 exercises repeats Than does 3 and repeats that. She may do something else and than the workout is done.   I would rate this as a beginner becasue she gives a lot of tips but you could just add more weight if you want to.
