I don't really like the 2 mile walk or the stress walk as I prefer Leslie on her on but I love all the other workouts. My husband  and I do either the 1 mile  or the evening mile after work before dinner. The heart healthy walk is 2 miles and under 30 minutes. These are older workouts but they're effective.  In the upper & lower fitness workouts, you warm up with a short walk and then do some strength training. In the upper body, you  do back, shoulders, biceps and triceps (no chest work) with light dumbbells. In the lower body, you do  some floor exercises with ankle weights. These workouts are appropriate for middled aged and fit seniors.
