I don't usually care for Leslie workouts that are longer than a mile (I break her 5 miles into short walks). This one is different! The 3 miles go quickly. I love Mary Kay's mile. There's something special about this one and it's my favorite Leslie.

This one is fast paced, especially the "Mary Kay" mile. If you want a sweaty, 3 mile workout, then try this one. I was thinking it wouldn't do the job, but it definitely does. You can also boost the walk by using hand weights. I did for part of it, but not all. A nice addition to my workout library.
