GET ALL 4 LOOP CHISEL SERIES WORKOUTS Welcome to my LOOP CHISEL series. A set of workouts that use the resistance loop to chisel all those problem areas! You will see some interesting new combinations to keep your mind and body engaged. All you need is your loop and some determination to increase your strength and definition all on the mat! THE WORKOUTS ARE: Arms and Abs (36 mins): This Arms and Abs workout uses unique combination moves to engage every muscle of your core and arms. Using the loop to intensify the exercises you will perform plank variations, c-curve arm and leg extensions as well as a tough oblique series. Arms and Thighs (44 mins): Using light hand weights you will perform flowing arm exercises that are high in repetition to chisel strong, defined arms. Using the loop to intensify the exercises you will work the front of thighs and inner thighs with fluid combinations that really fatigue the muscles. Bums and Tums (37 mins): You do all the exercises on one side first before moving onto the other so you really fatigue each muscle group to give you maximum results. This workout will help you lift your seat, flatten your lower belly and sinch your waistline. Thighs and Abs (29 mins): This Thighs and Abs workout alternates with exercise groupings for the outer thighs, abs and inner thighs. This workout will help you streamline your inner and outer thighs and whittle your waist. About the instructor: Hi, I'm Linda - creator of Barlates Body Blitz. Let's go work out together! What is Barlates Body Blitz: Barlates is a fusion style workout that borrows from pilates, barre, ballet, yoga and more traditional cardio and toning. The idea was to create a workout, which flows seamlessly from one move into the next using the principles of isotension and high repetitions to build long, lean muscles. By using a lighter weight with high repetitions the exercises are designed to target all of those underused smaller muscle groups resulting in a defined, lengthened dancer's physique. This is a real girls workout in the sense that it is fun and feminine, but don't get me wrong it is still super intense with a big burn factor! The workouts are designed to be mixed and matched with an array of 20-30 minute upper body, lower body, abdominal and total body workouts that can be strung together for a longer session or done individually if you are short on time.
