Phase 1 - Create the Spark - In this first phase of the workout we will focus more on "metabolic priming". This is similar to the training camp many athletes attend before the start of their seasons. In this phase we provide the metabolic spark to reawaken the sleeping metabolism, and lay the ground work for the fat burning, muscle shaping goodness to come.

Phase 2 - Light the Fire - In this second phase, we'll deliver and extra punch of toning, tightening and shaping to the major muscle groups. You'll be forcing the body to register a strong metabolic disturbance, so it is forced to adapt. this is where we send out the "metabolic smoke signal", so your body and metabolism are forced to respond with a leaner, tighter, more fit physiology.

Phase 3 - Fan the Flams - In phase 3, we turn up the heat on the metabolic fire by using a special technique called metabolic chains. During this phase you are going to be ripping fat apart at a frantic rate. This is metabolic conditioning at its best. You will be moving from the floor to standing, using explosive power moves as well as tight, burning tension reps.
