You better not miss this one! These 2 workouts are chock full of everything your body needs, and if you have 30 min you will get it all. Well Built is the perfect integrated weight workout that never fails to push you to your limits pushup/rows/plank segment is a killer.
Full steam ahead is such a blast you forget you are working out, that is until you hit the floor for a slider / up//down pike combo that will challenge every muscle in your body. It will also prove her statement about not needing to jump around to get some great cardio in.
As usual all is done with brilliant choreography, and expertise.
