I bought this workout after trying her Workout dvd and I didn't even own a bosu when I bought this.    Thought I might be able to modify, but decided to bite the bullet and buy a bosu (Mindy encouraged me after asking her if it would be modifiable).   This has to be my favorite cardio workout at this point.      A lot of creative ways to use the bosu, and it really got my heart rate up and kept it up.    If you are familiar with cardio coach workouts, my hrm numbers were comparable to those.... even Cathe's best (pre Shock Cardio, that is) doesn't get me up there like that.   I think this workout alone justifies a bosu purchase if you are on the fence about it.
