I have a lot of Michelle's DVDs..Peak 10 mostly, but this  DVD isn't programmable to put the 10 min sections together for a w/o.  You will have to  go back to the menu each time to select a w/o section.  There is a  brochure in the  case for programming, but only if streamed! I don't stream, so this was not an option.  She also included a sheet for warming up on your own, there is not instructed warm-up as the other reviewer mentioned... although not having a warm-up was not a big deal for me as I do weights before aerobics, therefore I am already warmed up,  but for others I understand  it may be a deal breaker. The 10 min sections are very good though, but I don't care for doing standing aerobics, then down to the floor and back up etc.  So I have to say for the price of this DVD and not being able to program and no warm-up....don't waste your $. She has other DVDs much better produced. It seemed like Michelle  just threw this together to make a buck. Very disappointed.

I'm perplexed as to why Michelle would leave out a warm-up.  Seriously 5 minutes would suffice!  If you select the "play all" option, it starts w/ both cardio HiiT segments.  They are 45;15 format and really start to build up on you.  No choreography just 10 athletic type moves for a great calorie burn.  The upper body was bodyweight- planks, push-ups etc.  you'll feel it!  Lower body had some great lunge and squat variations w/ curtsy moves that really work the lower body.  Core had side planks, supermans, crunches etc.  The flow and release had a series of stretches that moved in a fluid way.  Overall a decent workout.  Not "Peak 10" level but still pretty nice.  Only 4 stars due to the absence of a warm-up
