Each workout is about 45 minutes except for 2X4 & Repair which are 30 minutes.

Week 1-4: CHANGE Phase workouts are designed to give you a strong foundation to all the structural moves throughout the entire program for better long-term fitness results. This phase is about changing the way you move for the better, changing the way you eat, changing you’re your understand of food and nutrition and changing the way you see yourself as you embark on an amazing journey to becoming the best, fittest you.

Week 5-8: ATHLETE Phase workouts tap into that competitor or "athlete" inside you. Regardless of whether you have ever been an athlete, this phase is designed to advance your results based on moves inspired by an athlete’s agility, balance, power and speed. This phase is also about eating and living the way an athlete does—fueling your body to perform in all aspects of your life. With Athlete Phase, take your skills, your body and your mind to the "next level."

Week 9-12: During the WARRIOR Phase, it’s time to unleash the inner warrior in you. The workout intensity in Warrior phase increases, with moves that suspend, strike, and surprise. The warrior moves create and absorb force in swinging and chopping patterns, that train you like a warrior and introduce the concept of exercises that work multiple muscle groups at the same time. You will find new power, range of motion and precision, while carving out amazing results!

Week 13-16: You have reached ultimate HERO Phase! Now that you have completed the other phases, it is time to use all your strength, agility, speed and flexibility and add even more power and excitement to your new workouts. Take your results to new heights with moves designed to push your boundaries and make you a hero not only in your own life, but also to everyone else around you. When you finish the ultimate phase, you will have obtained HERO status!

Repair Roller & Rope: Body repair is a vital part to success in your health and fitness goals. Paul leads you on two, 30 minute repair sessions that make sure you get and keep the results you want. Foam rolling helps reduce muscle tightness and soreness. Rope-assisted stretch promotes healthy flexibility and can increase range of motion.

2X4 Workouts: Katami 4x4 master fitness instructor, Amy Dixon, brings you a condensed version of 4x4 for those extra workouts, or for the days that you are on the go! 2X4 Workouts are focused on upper and lower body and cardio and core to deliver dynamic and challenging workouts.

I love the format of this program. There are 4 quads, each of which consists of two 4-minute bursts of 1-minute cardio, 1-min lower, 1-min upper, and 1-min core (8 minutes per quad).  There is a 30-second recovery in between each burst. He offers three levels so you can modify the intensity depending on ability or mood. Paul gives excellent form pointers, and you get rests between quads. The moves are all athletic but all doable because he offers the three levels.  I was very challenged even when I did Power of 1 (beginner level) on some moves. Each workout lasts about 45 minutes, not including a stretch. You are encouraged to do a Repair workout after the main workout. I would have liked a shorter stretch for days I cannot fit in the Rope or Roller segments, but otherwise I love this program.  Highly recommend.
