I love the format of this program. There are 4 quads, each of which consists of two 4-minute bursts of 1-minute cardio, 1-min lower, 1-min upper, and 1-min core (8 minutes per quad). There is a 30-second recovery in between each burst. He offers three levels so you can modify the intensity depending on ability or mood. Paul gives excellent form pointers, and you get rests between quads. The moves are all athletic but all doable because he offers the three levels. I was very challenged even when I did Power of 1 (beginner level) on some moves. Each workout lasts about 45 minutes, not including a stretch. You are encouraged to do a Repair workout after the main workout. I would have liked a shorter stretch for days I cannot fit in the Rope or Roller segments, but otherwise I love this program. Highly recommend.
