As you might have realized already, I LOVE this workout.  I have 4 of Michelle's wo's and they are all so much fun.  With all of them, they are good and challenging and time flies past.  There is some great choreography in this one which is a bit challenging to learn, but Michelle gives a movement review option which is great and her cueing is excellent so after a few times of doing the wo, I have most of moves down.  HIGHLY RECOMMEND this wo.

Eulanne said it all. I think this is the most fun of all the Cardio Interval Burn's.  I will just add, that the music is really good and I loved the choreography. It took me 3 times to get it down, but I love a challenge and it keeps the workout fresh. This really moves fast and the 50 min was up in no time. My only negative is that Michelle's voice is a a little screechy and at times was really loud. Other than that this was a great pick. She just gets better and better.

Like the Cardio/Strength workout, this had both new and familiar moves as the other three Cardio interval peak 10 workouts. Michelle cues perfectly, so I was able to get every move down the first time through. The workout has both dance-type and athletic moves. I loved this new workout, the peaks were fun, and the workout had a very nice flow to it. I'm happy to have this in my collection; I think Michelle's Peak 10 workouts are amazing!
