Love this workout.  I really needed something that was 30 minutes as my job is pretty intense and it has been getting harder all the time to fit in good workouts.  This really fits the bill for me.  I think Cathe is one of the best instructors anywhere and this is an excellent DVD.  As far as the moves go this w/o is very doable and I would call it intermediate for the moves.  Cathe and crew do use some quite heavy weights, which would make it advanced.  Since you can use whatever weights you want, this would work for any fitness level.

I really loved this one-did the Upper body with bonus core yesterday and the Lower body with bonus arms and legs today.I don’t own weights as heavy as Cathe’s but even if I did there’s no way I can match what she’s lifting even though I’m not a beginner!The time flew on both of these and there weren’t any excercises I didn’t like.I felt worked out but not exhausted after these and I usually add on a segment of a Barlates Mat workout after doing strength training-I find that this helps prevent bulking as I tend to bulk in my thigh area if I use heavy weights.Im very happy with this DVD and look forward to trying the Low Impact segment of her Perfect 30 Hiit-Her higher impact cardio has always been much too hard for me since I have knee and foot issues.
