Glad I tried this againI really enjoyed  the workout  -especially Chris Freytag cardio;  Fun and a good workout too!

I only did one yoga segment.  I liked that it had beginner modifications, but I'm not a yoga fan.

The dance workout was too complex for me.  It had hip hop, latin, jazz and ballet sections, a nice variety.  One thing I didn't like was of the 5 dancers, the 4 thin ones were in fitted tank tops and shorts/yoga pants.  The larger woman was in a hoodie (???) and pants that were 2-3 times too large for her.  

I loved the Chris Freytag workout.  She's a good instructor, cues well.  It got me working up a sweat without complex choreography.  This is the only workout of the three I can see myself using regularly.

I bought this one for the yoga workout. I wasn't sure what to expect.  It's a great dvd. There is a beginner modifier and one person doing advanced moves. The instruction is very clear and includes both beginner and advanced details. Thoroughly enjoyable.

I really like Drop it in 30 and Dance It Off...Both of these are fun workouts with different styles.  Dance It Off is a good introduction to Jennifer Galardi; Drop It in 30 is a athletic style workout...I think that beginners would like this set... Yoga one??? I have not used this one...

Jennifer is a great dance instructor, I love all her styles.  This is a fun and effective workout.  
Drop it in 30 is really fun.  It is a warmup and cool down, with two separate workouts in between which can be done separately or together.  This is the best Chris Freytag video I've ever seen.  Very effective.
I actually haven't done the yoga portion, even though it is the reason I bought the set.  
This is an excellent value with outstanding workouts!
