This is one of my favorite lower body workouts!  I actually prefer this one over High and Tight from Brazil Butt Lift.  Each segment is approx. 15 minutes long; you will definitely feel worked out in a short period of time.  Can't go wrong with this purchase.  Although I did purchase the original kit back in 2009; most likely some of you have the band from either Leslie Sansone or other workouts.
