Welcome to the Best of Body Sculpt series. You will target all your problem areas with these innovative workouts. These total body workouts vary in duration and intensity, so you can mix and match them depending on your schedule and fitness level. They require minimal space and can be modified if you don’t have the equipment available.

THE SET INCLUDES:

Total 20 Weights 24 mins - using moderate weights you will perform lots of compound moves to give you maximum results in minimum time. The fast pace and high reps will burn fat too.

Torch and Tone Weights 57 mins - after a fun aerobics warms up and some body weight squats and lunges you will move to using medium then heavy weights with varying rep patterns for all your favorite lower body exercises.

Triple Burn Weights 44 mins - starts with some low impact cardio moves to heat the entire body, then move to total body sculpting using various equipment.

Double Burn Tighten 44 mins - start with a kneeling to lunge kick combo, then a glute bridge segment, a push up down dog series, a down dog shoulder raise series, and finally a lower abs and obliques sequence.

Functional Sculpt Fusion 46 mins - start with some flowing dynamic stretch sculpting, then use a medium weight to work the whole body with functional exercises.

Lazy Days Weights 27 mins - use light, medium and slightly heavier weights to strengthen every muscle group with this easy to follow routine.

Low High Strong Body 28 mins - use ankle weights and an elevation to ramp up highly effective combination exercises. There's a great balance challenge too!

Metabolic Training Circuit 55 mins - start with a flowing aerobics style warm up, then move circuits each containing exercises with medium dumbbells, a cardio blast and finally the elevation and heavier dumbbells. You will finish on the mat.

Lockdown Madness Tone It 46 mins - start standing with various squat lunge combinations, then move to the mat to work the entire body with stretch sculpting body weight exercises.

Focused 5 mins Weights 6 mins - start with a side lunge to narrow squat with biceps curls and back rows, into single leg assisted squat with w curls. Then a lunge with triceps extensions to knee up side lateral raise. Finish with a bent over row.
