I love Violet Zaki's workouts, but this one has disappointed me.
I had to focus my exercises on my abs, because this is my weakest area. I have two children, and in my last pregnancy I put on too much weight, specially on my abs.
Usually Violet Zaki's workouts are harder and longer.
In  this one I had not time to notice the effects of the exercises on my abs because they were too short.
I would recommend this workout for beginners.
