Carrie Rezabek is the creator and CEO of Pure Barre. She opened her first studio in Birmingham, Michigan and developed the Pure Barre Technique, which is currently licensed in locations throughout the nation.

I love barre workouts - great way to get at some often-neglected muscles (especially in the glutes and hips) without feeling exhausted afterward.  This newest installment from Pure Barre combines 3 thigh toning segments with targeted glute toning (one set each standing and on the mat) and 3 sets of ab work.  The use of the ball really ups the intensity and sets this workout apart from others in the genre.  Carrie is a fantastic instructor, the production values are flawless, and the DVD is well-chaptered, so it would be easy to do your favorite parts as an add-on.
