5 stars because the moves work!  Sandra's workouts have given me the best ab definition in my life.

Moves are doable and modifiable, if needed.  In the beginning may be a bit hard to follow along because your head is pointed away from the TV, but you will learn quickly.  I thought I had strong abs before, but when doing this workout I realized I didn't.  I notice results VERY quickly when I do any of Sandra's workouts a couple times a week.  

I recommend getting the WAGS gloves to prevent wrist strain.
