This Firm Volume 3 is a good workout. The classic Firm DVD's all are but I felt like they put all of the leftover moves in this one. Like Volumes 1 and 2 had the best moves and the producers put the remainder less desirable moves into Volume 3. I still do the workout, there's no dread factor, however it's not my favourite.

I really love this DVD ,even a little more then Volume 1,which is also a fave!The workout is challenging,yet so much fun and the hour flies by!I get a kick out of the 80's spandex,especially on the men,which adds to this workout's charm!I was hesitant to buy the Firm classics,as I have so many workout dvd's and the fact that they were made so long ago,may be outdated or too easy.This workout was amazing-the moves were not complicated,and I tend to be a klutz with fancy choreography!Volume 2 was a little too fancy for me-I usually give up when I can't grasp the moves right away.I was drenched at the end and actually wish the workout was longer.There's not many dvd's I can say that about,including my favorites.I also loved that the moves on the step were very basic-some other Firm dvd's were just too difficult-going on and off the tall step with heavy weights always feels awkward to me.I highly recommend this DVD,as well as Volume 1 with Susan Harris
