I'm a big fan of Jessica Smith, but have to say that this DVD is not one of her best. I did "Knockout Body" several times but never got much of a workout, perhaps because — as another reviewer has pointed out — kickboxing doesn't fit very well into the 10-minute format.

Really love kickboxing and I love Jessica Smith a perfect combination to keep me motivated. I love Jessica for her positive and clear instruction. It is great you can pick how long want the routine to be and what rotation. it really is a great diverse dvd and it can be as easy/hard as you want depends on how careful you are with form. You can use weighted gloves to add challenge.

I have a love-hate relationship with 10MS workouts.  Some are great (Pilates with Lara Hudson comes to mind), but others not so much. This workout would have been better with 15- to 20-min segments rather than the 10-min format. Jessica is great as always, but she's trying to pack so much into the segments that it does not work. The workouts are programmable which is a great option.  The gloves that came with the workout when I purchased are decent quality.

If you are just curious about kickboxing, this one will let you get the feeling of the moves... Jessica is very upbeat and pleasant... Since I am uncoordinated, I did get left behind in a couple of places...

This is one of the first workouts I bought here few years ago, and I just finally did the whole thing...  I absolutely LOVED it and wonder why I didn't do it before!!  It was amazing!  I'm a solid intermediate exerciser and it was the right challenge for me.  Jessica is a great instructor and as all the 10 Minute Solution you can customize your own workout or do it all! Buy it, you'll love it!
