Begin with foundational step moves in Wyoming, and as we progress to each state, we’ll build on the moves we’ve learned previously and continue to increase our coordination, balance, strength, and memory all while learning fun new ways to keep our bodies continually moving with the rhythm and beat of the music. Step offers participants the ability to work at a high-intensity while keeping moves low impact and safe for joints, ligaments, and muscles.

I just received this after ordering it.  I've gone through most of the workouts to check for bad discs and it's a nice change of pace to do a workout on location outside rather than in  a studio.  

There is a workout for each state.  Each workout is about 30 minutes.  The scenery in each workout  consists of gorgeous landscape, historic sites and a few just plain weird background (I still haven't figured out the one from Texas and I live there).  Jenny also gives trivia about each location during the workout.

The step routines consist of basic steps and are not too complex.  I usually enjoy complex stepping but in this case I would rather be doing basic stepping so I can take in the background activity.

If you know an avid stepper and you don't know what to get them for a gift;  This might be a good option. I myself am using them to ease back into stepping after and injury but I intend to use them also when I have only a half hour to do a work out.
