When Kathy filmed this workout, she was pregnant.  Back then, it was not typical for the lead instructor to be pregnant in the video so that was great to see.  It is a very good routine, especially for those of us who could not work out strenuously during their pregnancies (like me).  I've also recommended (and loaned my tape) to folks who are not pregnant but just getting back into a fitness program.  Some of her backgrounders (also pregnant) don't have great form, but Kathy makes up for that by providing her awesome form pointers
