One of my favourite step workouts because it is easy to follow but you get a real athletic workout still. Love Tracey and her calm professional personality. You love step but can't handle complex combos you have to try this and you will love the step.

I don't enjoy step workouts too often anymore, because I don't want to spend time learning the choreography. But I find Step Forward to be very enjoyable. The footwork is not complicated, but it is varied enough that I don't get bored. Tracie Long changes they exercises frequently and most of the segments incorporate squats, lunges and kicks to work the legs a little more intensely. I modified up by taking most of the moves higher impact and got an excellent workout. I did like the short push-up and an segments at the end, but I'd have preferred getting another step segment instead. Overall the time flies by.
