Pretty standard affair for a Yoga Dvd. Instructor is pleasant but not a fan of the set. It has some great breathing work at the start and its a nice not too challenging dvd especially for a morning wake up Yoga session.

This 25 min practice doesn't waste any time! She moves you through each set of flows quickly. Sometimes, because of the pace and her cueing I would find myself a little behind. She uses half voiceover and half regular cueing. Nothing is held too long but you also don't have the opportunity to go deeper into the pose. For those who don't care for the spiritual side of yoga, she does include a mudra hand symbol in one of the balance poses, otherwise it's fairly straight forward cueing. While it doesn't stand out as an exceptional workout, I do like it and feel like I got a good workout.

I don't much like the s-l-o-w-n-e-s-s of yoga, but I do like the stretching and relaxation benefits. This workout fits the bill - a little breathing practice at the beginning, which I am sometimes tempted to skip, but it does actually help me to focus.  I love the flowing poses; while they are not held for an excessively long time (which I would hate), they aren't rushed through, either. The instructor is gently encouraging, the setting and the music is relaxing, and the 30-minute length is just perfect!  This is sure to become my favorite yoga workout!
