I am an intermediate exerciser and found many of these moves quite challenging. For example, Mindy does a one-legged burpee with the ball held behind the knee of the other leg. I modified by doing this slowly and not jumping in as far. She only mentions a few modifications, but if you have a lot of experience with exercise DVDs, you can probably come up with your own if necessary.

I've always liked Mindy's personality and am particularly inspired by her because she is around my age. She is very strong and agile and makes everything look deceivingly easy! Although I did the two complete workouts the first time through (on different days), I think I will do the quickie chapters separately for awhile to concentrate on improving my skills. I think the moves are very beneficial for syncing up the brain and body.

This has a great clean set with pops of color and Mindy has her usual upbeat attitude. It doesn't require much equipment. It is enjoyable, but I do wish it were somewhat different from the tabata bootcamp, core dvd, and booty camp dvd she released recently. I also wish she would take a break from all the gliding exercises to allow for a little more variety from dvd to dvd. There is no bosu in this one, which I find to be a plus. It would be a super dvd for travel or for small spaces.
