The 10 Minute Solution series are a great way to start working in some exercise in a busy day, but they aren't always very complete workouts and lack a proper warm-up, cool down and stretch.   You do need more than 10 minutes, even if you only do one segment.
This DVD has a good variety of moves, some standing, some floor moves, some strength and some cardio, so you can get a pretty solid workout for the lower body and abs from it.
I'm not very fond of the format and find the brief introduction annoying after a while, but if you can ignore that and just stretch or warm-up for the next segment, it's worth it. The workout is good.

Each of the segments are different from the next, some are dance inspired, athletic, and there's Hiit cardio. I like to do them as add-ons but when I do them all together I really feel the burn - I'm solid intermediate. I also like how she set up the moves. Even though you repeat on both sides, it doesn't feel repetitious. The instructor is very young and peppy, but she cues well and comes across as friendly and encouraging. What I like most is the variety.

This is a good workout for a day when you want to workout, but just aren't ready to kill yourself. It seems very dance inspired. It does have a little of the "booty" talk in it, versus comments about being strong, but if that isn't a deal breaker, it is a good intermediate workout.
