3 of 5 Need to be familiar with ballet March 22, 2020

I was surprised that this workout really was a total ballet workout.  The dance moves were very quickly demonstrated with little to no cues.  The dancers did will and the legs did get exercises if you were able to follow the  moves.  If you are familiar with ballet, you should have not problem.
The bonus section was actually quite good, as Leisa provides a good barre lesson and a good stretch.
