I have been doing the heavy bag Get Addicted series for cardio and love it, but needed something less intense for alternate days. I used to do advanced yoga but had given my beginner DVD's away. I love this flow workout! I feel absolutely calm and limber after doing this.  I have ordered her cardio and conditioning next. I will let you know if I like it. I like this instructor because she goes at a slow but steady pace.
