5 of 5 Gilad low impact workout works for me! December 8, 2008

I only have a half hour every day to workout so I find Gilad is perfect for my schedule. This dvd is great for anyone who is a beginner or a little overweight because you can tailor it to your own level of comfort. Gilad is very funny and very encouraging. I think it's great that his Mom is working out with him. Love the Hawaiian ocean scenery. The music is nice too. It works for me!
