30 Minutes to Fitness “Super Sculpt” includes 2, very different workouts that will sculpt and define your body from-head-to-toe.

Workout One starts with 15 minutes of moderate intensity super sculpting drills followed by 15 minutes of step aerobics.

Workout Two challenges you in a completely different way. Kelly takes you through tabata rounds consisting of loop band work for your lower body, shadow boxing with light dbs to sculpt your upper body and hi-impact moves on a high step for a metabolic blast.

Both 30 minute workouts on “Super Sculpt” are designed to burn maximum calories, sculpts lean muscle mass, and improve your overall functional fitness.

This is the first review I've written on this site but after doing the first workout and loving it and now trying the second one and liking it even more I decided to comment.  Like another reviewer said Kelly is amazing at changing up her workouts to keep them interesting.  Kelly is my favorite trainer - I have 26 of her DVDs and all are in my rotation, no skipping over hers like I do some other ones.  The moves in Kelly's workouts aren't 'dancey' which I like.  She's also very motivating.  Cathe is another trainer I love, so if you like Kelly or Cathe workouts, I'd say buy this one ASAP!!

OH MY GOODNESS!!!! Love it!!!!! First….I hardly ever write reviews… but this DVD is wonderful!!! I’m a woman of a particular age😊and I’ve been working out practically all of my life… but now I have to be very careful  of overdoing it.   This DVD is remarkable because you can make it as hard as you like and I had NO dread factor at all!!!  The loop bands are hard but so fun!!!! If you are a Cathe or Jari fan and you enjoy intervals this is for you….young or a particular age😂😂Buy it!!!! You will not regret it!!

Kelly amazes me with her ability to keep her workouts fresh. Both these workouts are basic choreography yet  quite challenging. I wondered about the 12" setting for the jumping segments since my step tops out at 10" - not to worry though, I ended up putting my step at 8" like Sammy and was still quite challenged (note: there is a special premix that forgoes jumping entirely by using step ups instead). As usual with Kelly offerings there is a wide variety of premixes. Love this!
