This is a great workout for anyone you will get such a wonderful burn while your mind is connected to the body. Suzanne does a great job giving form pointers and reminding you to listen to your body. Gives modifications to take it down a notch if need be. What a relaxing and empowering workout. You need to have this in your fitness library.

I just pulled this out last night, and did it for the first time. I consider myself to be an intermediate level non-pregnant. This is definitely a challenging segment, both intensity & pace. It put me to shame. My arms & chest are fried from the pushups. Definitely could feel abs being worked. There are variations on t-stands, pushups, and glute work done on all 4's. You get a lot of bang for your buck in 20 minutes. I was out of breath by the end. I love that for the mat segment, no equipment is needed except a mat(I didn't use one, as I have well padded carpet). I only wish there was more leg/glute work in this segment. I still have to do the other segments & will post my thoughts on those.
