It's different than her Booty Barre programs in that this is more athletic. If you like her FIT workout, you'll like this one. I did both Absolution workouts back-to-back, and I was very challenged. Form is key with Tracey's workouts. That is how you will grow with Absolution. Start with lower or no weights if you are a beginner or low intermediate, work on your form and breathing, then go up in poundage. It makes a difference.
