This DVD offers an excellent variety of 10 minute workouts and Amy Dixon is a great instructor.  Plus, one of the segments, I can use my 10 pound kettlebell and it looks doable.

I have two other Amy Dixon workouts and I'm glad I added this on to the collection. Each of the five 10 minute workouts is different and really well executed.  Amy is a wonderful instructor - enthusiastic and she knows her stuff.  I will be looking out for more of her workouts.

I like this workout. I am certainly not at all advanced but I like that I can these moves. I love the yoga/stretching section with it's athletic moves. The cardio section is great too. There is a modifier to show a low impact version which is what I normally use. I like that I can grow with this for awhile still.

I love Amy for the functional moves she does compound moves that moves in all directions. She challenges our balance as well...a very well thought of workout. I love the K-bell segment fun and I love the stretch I will add that on to other workouts.
