Bob Harper uses a new, very modern, futuristic, white
set as background for his new workout. He is still the intense trainer Bob found
in his newest dvds and this workout will leave you feeling challenged and worked
from head to toe. He begins with some brief stretches and continues to
warm-you up as you begin the actual workout with alternating lunges with various
hand positions. The intervals begin with toning exercises using hand weights
with no rest in between exercises. Bob uses some traditional toning
exercises and also some kettlebell inspired moves. He occasionally alternates
between upper and lower body and at other times combines the two
together. The workout moves onto an intense, drill-based cardio
portion which he repeats twice and then shifts back into toning with cardio
bursts. He ends with a cardio section which is repeated twice and some
standing oblique crunches to finish you off. There is a timer that
counts you down as you workout and occasionally gives you the percentage of the
workout you have left. The bonus glute section includes lunges, hamcurls
and squats completed on one side and then repeated on the other.
This workout is not for the faint of heart. A modifier is
