5 of 5 solid workout July 12, 2016
Reviewer: Susan W. from Texas
too much up and down for me (I made liberal use of the pause button) and I used a stability ball for the shoulder pushups but go for it, young folk.....ends with a nice, thorough stretch segment

5 of 5 Exactly what I wanted March 6, 2015
Reviewer: Anonymous Person from OR United States
I'd consider this to be an intermediate body weight workout. The instructor varied the heart rate and brought it down at appropriate times. Moving from standing to the floor and back never seemed uncomfortable to me for this reason. The workout was well-rounded with a really nice selection of exercises, incorporating some balance as well. I felt like I got something really good out it without being excessively tired out by the end.

4 of 5 A solid bodyweight routine July 15, 2014
Reviewer: RedPanda from Australia
I enjoy the Men’s Health DVDs; they are straightforward, well-produced workouts without any fluff. “The Belly Off! Bodyweight Routine” is presented by David Jack, a good-looking and very capable instructor. The workout is well-designed with carefully chosen exercises, including a few challenging ones. It’s also chaptered from the menu, so you can choose to do a few segments for a shorter workout.

Overall, this is a solid bodyweight routine which makes a nice change of pace from conventional strength training.

4 of 5 Decent Body Weight Workout July 4, 2014
Reviewer: Bubbles76
For the most part, I liked this workout. The first and second circuit were hard without being killer. There were some excellent body weight exercises put together, along with some easy to follow cardio bursts. Exercises included push up variations, planks with leg raises, split squats, back bridges, lunge variations, single leg deadlifts, prisoner squats, etc.  David Jack was very easy on the eyes, and down to earth. I thought I was going to love this workout until I got to the Power of 10. Then it was all up and down, up and down. Lunges, then to the floor on your back, then up for squats, then down for pushups, or something to that effect. I started to get dizzy, and that doesn't happen on most workouts, even the ones that I've used that require a little bit of up and down. I guess there was just too much of it for me.
