I have to wholeheartedly agree with the reviewer who said "Petra has to be one the BEST, sweetest, most positive and encouraging instructors out there.  She is also one of the best "cue-ers."   Absolutely!  It's no big surprise that she is not only a fitness instructor, but also a motivational speaker.  This workout is well-cued, good driving beat to the music, Petra is always smiling (but not over-the-top fake) and the time flies.  I also love that the DVD has a chapter entitled "From the Top" that you can put on repeat when you've nailed all the moves and just want to sweat.

So glad I tried Petra's 3-2-1 Dance...  This is very doable even if you are as clumsy as I am... I work up a very nice sweat with this one...I am so glad that I did not let fear keep me from trying this one...

Petra has to be one the BEST, sweetest, most positive and encouraging instructors out there.  She is also one of the best "cue-ers."  She always gives verbal AND visual cues.  She cues ahead.  She cues clearly.  She cues enthusiastically. And, this is, I think, her best dvd-so far (havent' had a chance to try her two newest yet).  Even if you have two left feet, you can follow Petra, I promise!  She gives you the OPTION of tifting at the end (those who dislike tifting can opt out) so that minimizes tifting.  Music is pretty good, pretty 80's.  I'm not sure WHY but this one just flies by!  I always forget it's almost an hour.  Definately one of The Best Dance Workouts out there.  A little better "burn" than your average dance workout, too.  If you buy ONE Petra dvd, I recommend it be this one!
