5 of 5 One of my favorites January 27, 2019
Reviewer: Sidse Dahlin from Denmark
This is my favorite go-to workout when I want to work really hard and feel accomplished afterward - in an hour and around 7 minutes. The exercise ball section is always sure to make my shoulders sore the next day. This one packs a punch, covers all the bases and puts me in a great mood. I find the music really motivating, so when I need a little push, I turn up the volume. The instructor always starts with a low-impact version and shows high-impact variations from there. She's knowledgable and enthusiastic. Be advised that she does not mirror cue, though. So "right" is her right, not yours.

5 of 5 Don't let the title fool you April 9, 2016
Reviewer: Lewis from NY United States
This is an excellent circuit style workout!  There's plenty of cardio going on with very nice compound moves.  I enjoy Dana, shes energetic and motivating but wished she cued better.  This has just the right amount of straight cardio then toning.  I use 1 lb hand weights instead of the stability ball.  This is an effective workout with nice toning and plenty of modifications.  No buyers regret!

3 of 5 Just okay for me January 19, 2016
Reviewer: Megan McDermott from Elmira, ON Canada
There are things I really liked about this workout and things I really didn't. I liked the big class of normal people and gym setting. Dana is upbeat and very motivating. I liked the compound exercises in the strength segments. Interesting and different without being too complex.

On the down side: I found the circuits to be way too long. Cardio with the stability ball is fun for awhile, but not for 10 minutes. If all the segments were cut down by a few minutes this workout could have been finished in under an hour.

I also *hated* the music. It was awful and repetitive and seemed to have no relation to what the instructor was doing. I also didn't like the kickboxing segment - it's the fast and furious style and I prefer to move a little slower and use better technique. The kickboxing starts at the 48 minute mark, and by that time I had had enough of the terrible music anyway so I just stopped there.

4 of 5 Lots of variety January 23, 2015
Reviewer: Laura S. from Rockville, MD
This workout has a LOT of high-impact moves. She stresses over and over that you should do moves at your level. She will begin with a lower-impact move and then take it higher impact (and you have the option of staying with the first move).

She is so very motivating. I really like her as an instructor. She's real and her background exercisers are real.

The pace of the workout is good. It's ambitious, but I would not describe it as too fast. And, moves just flow from one to the next, so I just kept going because it all flowed so well.

Overall, this is a really good workout for me, except that it is long with no chaptering. But, I wonder how often I will do it. Most of the time, I do shorter workouts because of time constraints before work.

5 of 5 Excellent workout July 30, 2014
Reviewer: Jane from Ross on Wye, Herefordshire England
This is one of my go to workouts when I want to combine strength and cardio. Equipment used includes stability ball, weights and a resistance tube. I love that Dana includes the stability ball for cardio moves as well as sitting/lying on it.  The music is so motivating that you forget you are tired! There are options for low and high impact moves which makes this such a versatile workout. I love Dana's enthusiasm and always feel well worked at the end. Great workout.
