Zero to Sixty Adrenaline Rush is a hard core workout that is designed to improve your cardiovasular fitness, increase your muscular endurance, and strengthen and streamline your body. This workout begins with a high intensity cardio interval section that immediately flows into a heavy duty sculpting section. Adrenaline Rush is fast paced with little to no rest between exercises and will challenge your entire body. A modifier is present throughout the entire workout for exercisers working to improve their fitness levels or for exercisers with a lower impact preference. l Pre-mixes are available that specifically target cardio and/or strength elements in under sixty minutes.



Sharon Money Twombly is a practicing physical therapist with a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, a Master's Degree in BioMechanics, and is the owner and president of Thrive Physical Therapy Inc. She has been a fitness model in over 25 fitness videos and has been a featured instructor in CIA 9904, 2604, 2704, and 2804 dv workouts. Sharon is the owner and creator of 'Zero to Sixty Fitness' and currently teaches fitness classes on the Main Line in the Philadelphia suburbs

Challenging and vigorous cardio plus challenging toning with weights plus challenging abts.  I'm not up to her 10 pound weights, but maybe I'll work my way up.

I was really hoping to like this one, as I like all of Sharon's dvds. But this one done as a whole just got boring. I found this int/adv. I had a hard time getting through the cardio portion because it was boring and seemed like an eternity. The weighted and core sections were better but this whole dvd is lackluster for me.  I did do the Circuit Premix and really enjoyed the shorter cardio drills much more. I definitely got a good workout with the premix and will use that one when I need a quicker workout. Otherwise, there really isn't anything new or exciting about this dvd. The music is really good, but the cardio could have been better and a little more choreographed. The saving grace is the circuit premix and top notch music selection.
