    Another good one from Anni.  In this one she intersperses the step workout with jump roping drills (jump rope optional).  I don't use a step and still get a good workout.

    There is quite a bit of impact in this workout, but there is a modifier to keep it low.

    I find the dumbbell work in Jump Force to be more well rounded than in Life Force.  However, there is no back or chest work, so my personal modification for this DVD is to do chest work and back work (alternating) during Anni's high impact jump rope sections.  

    I have all of Anni's DVDs.  She's very fun to work out with.
