I really like this one as much as the others. I almost passed on it, but due to a spectacular Mary special, I couldn't resist the price. This is a lot of fun and a good steady state cardio dvd. Music is good too.

I bought this DVD a few months ago and have been doing it on a weekly basis since!  Michelle makes the hard work so much fun and the time FLIES by - really no dread.  I have been doing mostly Cathe and Jari WO's for years, but I have to say I honestly find Michelle more enjoyable!  I bought this along with More Cardio Strength and love them both so much that I just purchased two more of her DVD's.  Highly recommend to anyone as Michelle has one of her team showing modifications throughout.  LOVE IT!!!

Slightly easier than cardio strength but still very demanding. You will jump, run, twist etc in this workout. Her workouts are not for the faint of heart. A heart thumping high intensity workout. The music is great and Michelle makes it so much fun!!

Michelle has taken it up a notch in this workout dvd. I love that you work yourself up to peak and start again. It really challenges you and pushes you to break plateaus. If you want to be pushed to next level in your cardio this is the dvd for you.

Wow!  This is some TOUGH cardio!  But somehow Michelle makes you get through it, knows just how to motivate you to get to the end!  And what a feeling of accomplishment when you do.  Advanced moves, but do-able, and I love the pattern/layering of all her Peak 10 titles.  This is another great workout that will stay in my collection, and be pulled out often!
