I love barre workouts - great way to get at some often-neglected muscles (especially in the glutes and hips) without feeling exhausted afterward. This newest installment from Pure Barre combines 3 thigh toning segments with targeted glute toning (one set each standing and on the mat) and 3 sets of ab work. The use of the ball really ups the intensity and sets this workout apart from others in the genre. Carrie is a fantastic instructor, the production values are flawless, and the DVD is well-chaptered, so it would be easy to do your favorite parts as an add-on.
