4 of 5 Another good workout from Ellen March 24, 2018
Reviewer: Vic from Vermont
I am very pleased with this workout.  The flow is nice and it is easy on the joints.  Somehow she keeps a smile on my face throughout the routine.  I only took one star away because I am uncoordinated and this one is going to take me a couple of times to master.

5 of 5 Great flow to this fusion July 25, 2014
Reviewer: Anonymous Person
I enjoy this one for the great calm flow. The dancing lunge series is a lot of fun and I always love the cool down stretches at the end. You can't go wrong with this dvd to give you a nice calm workout. It elongates while getting your heart rate up gently. This is a great one for beginners.

4 of 5 Gently Works You July 24, 2014
Reviewer: T from Tarpon Springs, FL United States
Ellen is a friendly instructor who delivers workouts that feel good. Fusion Flow is no exception. She includes many of her signature moves and throws in a few new ones for variety. Part of the workout is standing, the rest is on the floor. I love her creativity but her workouts tend to feel repetitious to me. She has a lot of reps, and then you do it again on the other side. Also, there's a back arching move (like cobra) where you twist to the side as you raise up - I found it dangerous for my low back and I wasn't sure how to modify.

I love everything Ellen Barrett.  Fusion Flow is no exception.  I really enjoy this workout.  I do it about once a week.  I feel energized and uplifted at the end of this workout.  I highly recommend it to everyone at any fitness level!

4 of 5 Good for a light day July 27, 2010
Reviewer: Donna from Ohio
I put this one on this morning because I wasn't quite ready for an aggressive workout. Fusion Flow is a great workout for days when you are feeling sore or tight or just don't feel like working up a sweat--but still want to move. This one is typical Ellen, flowing, relaxing and yet you still manage to feel like you worked out (despite it being on the lighter side).

5 of 5 Really Nice, but on the easier side.... January 11, 2010
Reviewer: LauraBella from Tennessee
This one feels so simple when you are doing it, but even at that Ellen has a knack for hitting that little spot in the uppermost inner thigh. A spot most everyone else seems to miss.  I was surprised to "feel my legs" a wee bit the next day, because it seemed easy. It's definitely the most easily doable and most gentle Ellen in her Studio series thus far (I'm still waiting for Skinny Sculpt, so I can't compare it to that one, only to the earlier four). For those who were concerned, I would say that it really felt nothing like Yogini (my least fave Ellen), and this one was infinitely more enjoyable.  Beginners would find this a good place to start, I think, while more int/adv could still find a place for this  (adv may feel it's more active rest day, or low-energy day, though).  However, for those that have little patience for "tranquil" workouts, this won't be your cup of tea.  But, if tranquil is something you like, or if you like Ellen & Fusion workouts in general, you should try it.

5 of 5 desceptive workout December 19, 2009
Reviewer: kathym from virginia
This is fast becoming one of my favorite Ellen Studio workouts. It is so deceptive. It seems easy and flowing... all the while opening up your hips and back and working your thighs.  On this one I really need to listen to Ellen to make sure I am taking all of the hints she gives.  When she says to point and flex and make sure you feel like you are opening up the back of your leg then I do that and it makes it so much more effective.  This one has diamond pushups for the upper body, planks, and a few others and a lot of work for the lower body. Usually I feel this one in my inner thighs and glutes the next day.  It seems like the more I put into this workout... the more I get out of it.  I guess that is why I like it. I am an int to int/adv exerciser that loves fusion type workouts.

5 of 5 Wonderful workout by Ellen December 16, 2009
Reviewer: Homeworkout Mom from GA
This is a sneaky little workout.  I felt nicely worked out but didn't feel like I'd worked too hard.  Yet both times I did it I was sore in my glutes and thighs for several days.  Ellen fuses together wonderful moves that work your lower body, abs and arms while stretching you out.  It feels good and gets results.
