Fitness Trim Down was a welcomed surprise. This morning I completed the Mixed Trim Down #2 premix which was 32 minutes of pure sweat.
The workout was comprised of approx. 6 rounds of Upper body / Lower body weighted combination followed by boxing drills. Usually, I am not one for the UB/LB combinations, but I really enjoyed these. The moves were nicely combined and moved at a reasonable pace. Also, the boxing drills are straightforward punching combinations, nothing complicated.
Kelly is alone in this production and it was like having my own personal trainer at home. This workout was truly a delight.
