Good workout, but not Cathe's best |

This is a good, solid workout & if it was by another instructor, I'd probably give it 5 stars, but I hold Cathe to a higher standard. Cathe uses a variety of weights, a firewalker band, a regular exercise band & a mat. As far as the weights, I used 10, 8, 5 & 3 lbs. Cathe uses a single 25 lb weight at one point, but I don't have that heavy of a weight. The workout is around 56 minutes. It is mainly a toning video and even though I don't mind a lower heart rate during weight lifting as compared to cardio, my heart rate didn't go up as much as I liked. According to my heart rate monitor, I burned 175 calories. This was a good workout, but I don't see me reaching for this one as much as other Cathe videos.
