I've always liked the exercises, but I remember "back in the day" being somewhat annoyed at how long they sometimes took to set up their weights (I stick with dumbbells). Well, I'm older and wiser now, and appreciate those mini breaks so much! This workout is great as a long, full body experience or you can use one of four excellent premixes. Still a great workout after all these years, and this particular Cathe team (featuring Lorraine, Jai, Cede and Brenda) has always been my favorite.
