Most Cathe workouts are timeless but this one is especially so. KPC is intense and one of Cathe's best cardio workouts and possibly her best kickbox option. Legs n Glutes has a variety of exercises that make working hard fun. Cathe is always great on camera but in this you can see she is having fun and her enthusiasm is contagious. The ab work is excellent. The premixes are brilliant.

This is Cathe at her best! Some kickboxing workouts don't have enough kicking. This one is a good mix. Fun, and easy to follow. Sweatfest. Great premixes as usual.

This is an oldie, but a goodie. The DVD includes two full workouts — an intense, yet easy-to-follow, kickboxing session, and a lower body strength workout. Both workouts showcase Cathe’s stellar cueing and motivational style.

The generous premixes, combining sections of both the kickboxing and strength workouts, make “Kick, Punch, Crunch + Legs & Glutes” great value for money.

I am not a kickbox/MMA person, however this workout I do find fun.  I usually do just the 51 minute leg/weights portion and get great results.  Since I prefer other cardio workouts, I don't reach for the KPC workout often, but when I want something different I do this, have fun and like it a little more each and every time.  Easy to follow, HR is up moderately for me, lots of variety.

This is soooo much fun and challenging to, I've had it for 2 years now, and I still do it and it's not boring at all, there's so many premixes and chapters, it's a very flexible workout, you'll get your money worth with this one. The second workout(Lower Body)is very challenging as well. Stick with it, eat right, and you'll get the results you're look for!

These workouts are so enjoyable not because they are easy, but because she always motivates you to do your best.  Well cued kickboxing that keeps your heartrate up, as well as a comprehensive lower body workout.  As a bonus, you can select premixes that not only provide you with variations of each of these workouts, but some that combine the two!  The best of both!

It is a long workout, but I love the pace and the moves. The music is good. I always love Cathe's workouts. They are fun, fast, and a good overall workout.
