Very difficult, fun workout |

This is one of Cathe's most difficult workouts, hands down. It is high-impact throughout, and many of the moves are not easy to find a low-impact modification for, so unless you like to do high-impact/plyo this may not be the workout for you. However, if you like plyo, then this workout has a lot of variety, and will definitely get your heart pumping. The first segment focuses mainly on drills each done for a period of time, and then you run through the circuit and repeat them. I'm not a fan of the repetition personally, but if that does not bother you, then again, you'll love this workout. The latter part of this workout combines compound moves that are lower impact and use weights to keep the heart rate up.
