I'm a fan of high rep/low weight workouts and compound exercises, so this was perfect for me. I did the whole workout in one fell swoop but I think next time I'll split the workout up so it's not quite so long and then add a little bit of walking cardio at the end. Since Jari looked to be wearing a pleather outfit, I wasn't surprised when she said she was sweating LOL She also seemed to be picking a little bit on one of the exercisers. But she generally comes across as encouraging, low-key, and understanding. I really liked this workout for overall total body muscle endurance, balance, and a bit of cardio since the moves definitely get your heart rate up. I used Jari's weights and didn't use the step ... next time I might use just the riser.

I really like this dvd and do it in it's entirity. I think this is her least overkill dvd, for me anyways. It's a good sweaty workout and covers it all.  I skip a couple segments that  feel repetitive and keep it at 1 hour. I gave it 4 stars because I think she is off on her reps for leg work, says kooky comments, and yeah, that crazy outfit.  I wished her ab segments were better, but I don't think that's her strong suit. She does very quick, somewhat lame ab in her dvds. I'm not sure she can do it all.  Anyway, it's pretty fun, will get the heart rate up and doesn't feel tortureous.

I love all of Jari's workouts.  As usual, her directions are great.

There are two 30 minute workouts, you can do them separately or combine the two for a tougher workout.  Included is a bonus ab section

All the exercises are compound exercises so you are working your lower body while working your upper body (for example, a lunge with a row).  This DVD uses high reps so be prepared to go a little lower on the weights.  

I'm not a person who sweats a lot, but this DVD had me sweating.

I agree that the outfits are over the top, but this is a Jari Love that I actually split up sometimes, because it is a hard workout. I have to have full energy to do all of this, probably due to the compound nature of many of the exercises. It was a great purchase.

I have a hard time getting past the outfits!  I know... shallow!  The back ground exercises are totally motivating, so strong and beautiful.  I really liked the workout, but at times I feel all those reps are overkill.  That being said, I just stop when I have had enough.  I like the series, I love the exercises chosen and it will make you strong and fit!

this workout is wonderful it uses light weights and high reps to fatigue your muscles.you work multable muscle groups and you can feel it.. her quing is good and the workout is easy to follow . but dont let that fool you it is tough, you will get a work out....

I loved this workout and have to say that in my opinion, it is Jari's best dvd yet. It really gets your heart rate up, totally fatigues your muscles (wow can you feel the burn) and is really...dare I say it, fun! Jari is more relaxed and not quite so "mushy" in her encouragment, which I consider am improvement. This was a fantastic and highly effective workout!
