This is one of my "go to" workouts. I never get tired of these. The 3 mile uses the "stretchie" for light toning. The 4 mile is 1 hour of brisk walking that will get your heart-rate up. All of the walkers are smiling; they're having a good time. The music is better than in some of the others. You get out of it what you put in to it. to make it more advanced, use bigger arm movements, boost the walking with light jogging. Beginners will not find this too hard. This versatility makes it a good choice. Try it!
