I will buy any Rodney Yee video with multiple shorter practices. This one was such a pleasant surprise - upon playing it my first time, to discovery that Rodney is instructing live instead of voice over, was a happy occasion! It was like taking a live class with him on a beautiful beach. I also found the practices to be accessible and all-levels. I will warn - Rodney instructs with a lot of detail as to internal rotation, external rotation, and other technicalities of getting the most out of every pose. This could be a turn off, but as a long-time lover of yoga these instructions were helpful to me. The clip is a good representation of the detailed instruction. But it is a winner for me.  PS - this video is NOT a reproduction / renaming of any older videos.

I am not crazy about yoga but thought it would be good to add to my rotation.
Rodney talks you through  the workout. No voice over here.  The sections work on balancing the body to become centered.  I did the lower, internal and restorative balances. Definitely felt what he meant about balance.
